Mission - August 2010
Provide recommendations to the Board of Selectmen about:
  • The relationship of a new Public Safety Facility to a Town Center.
  • The location of a Public Safety Facility.
  • Design criteria for a Public Safety Facility (functions and size, not design/build requirements).
  • Town Center (need for an updated master plan).
  • Disposition of existing Fire Station/Community Center.
  • Use of vacated space at the Police/Dispatch facility.
  • Potential round-a-bout and/or an alternative (at the intersection of Logging Hill Road, Knox Road, White Rock Hill Road, and Bow Center Road).
